This page summarizes the product rules and expectations around account access, subscriptions, and use of the mastering service. It should be reviewed before production launch as part of your legal approval process.

Accounts and access
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the account information tied to their sign-in method and for maintaining control of that account. Access to the service can be suspended or revoked if the platform is used abusively, unlawfully, or in ways that threaten service integrity.
Because Mastera uses authenticated workflows, user access may be connected to third-party identity systems. If access to the underlying sign-in method is lost, account recovery may depend on the same identity provider.
Plans, billing, and usage limits
Mastera may offer both a free tier and a paid subscription tier. The free tier can include limits on track count, file size, or feature access, while the paid tier can unlock expanded mastering or batch workflows.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms presented at purchase unless cancelled before renewal. Taxes, pricing changes, refunds, and billing disputes should be handled according to the final payment policy you approve for the business.
Content responsibility and service boundaries
Users remain responsible for the audio they upload, including rights, permissions, and any legal obligations tied to the content. Mastera provides audio processing tools but does not assume ownership of uploaded music.
The service is intended to help improve track readiness, but it does not promise placement, streaming performance, or acceptance by every platform. Release results still depend on the underlying content, the selected settings, and the standards of the destination platform.
